Terms of Services
1. I have the right to use the art in my portfolio (with watermarks).
2. If you don't want your commission to be posted on social media, please discuss with me beforehand.
3. Commissioned works post on Social Media will have watermarks to protect the customer.
4. Commission can only be used for personal use, NOT for commercial purposes, UNLESS the customer actively contacts to use the work for commercial purposes.
Please sign a contract with me if you want to use the work for commercial purposes, commercial fees can be agreed between both parties.
5. I have the right to refuse any request that I do not think I can fulfill.
6. I will draw in my own style. I cannot imitate another artist's style. I hope you looked at the sample section before deciding to commission.
7. Unauthorized use, including but not limited to: AI training, modifications or commercial exploitation constitutes copyright infringement, and will be subjected to legal actions per Copyright laws.
PROCESS:
Step 1:
- Receive commission information
- Contact with customers and give completion time
- Negotiate prices
- Customers must pay the full amount in advance (with sketch commission) or at least 1/2 deposit
Step 2
- Customers receive sketches
- The customer must pay the remaining amount if the sketch is approved
- Customers can make major changes
Step 3
- Customers receive completed works
- Accept small changes
Step 4:
- Send final artwork via email or other platforms depending on customer requirements
